Those Cunts always push their luck & he will keep doing it. I would serve papers now and not back down

unless he starts paying at least a grand a month off the debt, and then I would still be looking to get shot of the Cunt.

Having a rethink on some of mine at the moment. LHA was frozen for a couple of years when rents have soared & I was locked into GR contracts. Now a couple of them have run over but the agent who I have used for 10+ years is not wanting to discuss it (not returning calls or replying to emails)

The agent always pays on the dot, never one late payment, but they've taken on a lot more gafs & I don't think they can deal with it. Plus most of the people who work there are family members and many of them are useless.

Speaking to another agency, who seem much more professional and who are talking about rates 20% higher than I'm getting on the old contracts so....
